X Factor winners and super band One Direction were looking for a classic car to appear in a video with them and chose the Rawles Motorsport restored car XBL 388E, The car was completed after a full restoration in 2012 and was chosen as one of the finest examples of an Austin Healey available . The video scene was shot in Hyde Park and band member Louis Tomlinson drove the car thought it was fantastic.
Whilst the video has not been launched the shoot was witnessed by many and was posted on twitter in minutes. Interest in our Austin Healey hire for prom nights for teenage girls has exploded, so we hope the band will help to introduce the Austin Healey to a new younger generation.
