Engine Build
Rawles Motorsport has spent over 35 years developing four and six cylinder Austin Healey engines for road use, developing new parts and solutions to the market. Our aims have always been clear; to restore original performance and vitality to the purist and to offer performance options to the enthusiast.
All of our engines are built and tested with preliminary break-in and tuning conducted on our rolling road – the safest environment for any new build or restoration where we can keep an eye on every possible parameter.

We offer a variety of build levels for the Austin Healey 100, 100M and 100S power plants. Our significant facilities enable us to rebuild all units to factory perfect original specification or our ‘Rawles Revival Fast Road’ specification, featuring significant gains in performance, drivability and throttle response throughout the rev-range.
4 Cylinder Engines

Rawles Motorsport offers a diverse range of options for Austin Healey 100/6 and 3000 engine builds. We can rebuild to factory original specifications or our ‘Rawles Revival Fast Road’ specification delivering the maximum level of on road performance whilst retaining complete every-day usability and reliability. These engines significantly increase power and torque throughout the rev-range.

Rawles Motorsport offers a diverse range of options for Austin Healey 100/6 and 3000 engine builds. We can rebuild to factory original specifications or our ‘Rawles Revival Fast Road’ specification delivering the maximum level of on road performance whilst retaining complete every-day usability and reliability. These engines significantly increase power and torque throughout the rev-range.
Gearbox and Drivetrain
With over 30 years’ experience building high specification road cars we have developed 5-speed gearbox and limited-slip differential options for all models. These products enable the driver better utilise the performance of their Austin Healey on the road. A 5-speed gearbox will greatly improve high speed cruising refinement, with the additional benefit of vastly reduced heat in the cockpit.
