For sale one very exciting Austin Healey 100/4, built far in excess of 100M specification with high quality performance modifications for a very exciting road car. Finished in a attractive, dark shade of British Racing Green – specially formulated here at Rawles Motorsport in late 2022 for this car – LWM 831 is particularly stunning with a de-bumpered body and wider Black wheels.

This lower, wider look is fully backed up by the mechanicals. A 145 BHP fully built Denis Welch engine provides exceptional power and torque to the rear wheels through a straight cut gearbox and limited slip differential. The noise of the straight cut gears in combination with the side exhaust is particularly exciting. An alternator, baffled fuel tank and electric fan support the performance with some extra practicality.

The handling of this Healey has also been much revised to make for an exceptional drive. During its restoration LWM was fitted with a new chassis to aid handling composure through extra rigidity, the suspension was lowered, negative camber and an upgraded quick steer steering box was fitted to make the car more eager to turn and an upgraded anti-roll bar was fitted to reduce body roll with front disc brakes fitted to help the car stop. During our 2022/3 renovation we fitted new wider wheels and Michelin XAS tyres which have covered less than 300 miles at the time of writing.
