YHR 858E is an incredibly clean example of the 1967 Austin Healey 3000 MkIII BJ8 Phase II. Finished in the ultimate Healey colour combination of Healey Blue over Ivory duotone with Navy leather interior and Aluminium Silver wire wheels. YHR is provided fresh from a full body and mechanical restoration with less than 100 miles since.

As a very late build 1967 MkIII YHR features all final production revisions including easy-up pram style hood, a 150BHP straight six 3.0L engine, improved rear ground clearance, a more sophisticated rear axle setup, wind-up windows and door locks plus the plusher ‘De-Luxe’ interior with Walnut dash.

Mechanically the car is fresh from a full engine strip and rebuild, full gearbox overhaul, suspension strip and rebuild with refurbished dampers, new stainless exhaust, fully refurbished brakes, all new wiring, all new brake and fuel lines and much more.

Externally the car received a full repaint from bare metal, all chrome was refinished and polished as required, the wheels repainted.

Inside new Navy carpet has been fitted and the original seats have been refinished in Navy Blue. The dashboard has new veneer, all the gauges have been restored and a period correct radio is nestled in the dash for decoration. The boot has been fully re-trimmed in new Black hydura.
