Austin Healey 3000 MkIII BJ8 | High Specification Road Car, Home Market RHD
DETAILS
First registered on 20th February 1967, this Austin Healey 3000 MkIII is an original RHD home market car finished in the popular Colorado Red with Black contrasting interior. As a 1967 car this Healey will feature all of the final production revisions that made these BJ8 model cars the most refined and powerful production vehicles Healey made.
This car, OGX 312E is highly specified with a Rawles Motorsport Ltd fast road engine built to one of our highest specifications including triple carburettors, 123 mappable ignition, a recently refurbished aluminium head with upgraded road performance camshaft, alternator conversion, aluminium finned sump, an oil cooler and high torque starter motor. Handling and braking improvements are included such as a larger anti-roll bar, wider tyres and ventilated rear brakes.
Aesthetically the car presents very nicely owing to previously being in a a collectors climate controlled garage, with only 4,000 miles covered in 17 years and always kept well serviced. A Black mohair roof and tonneau compliment the exterior.
All bills and MoT test certificates, are contained in two comprehensive history files together with a spreadsheet summary (backed up by USB memory stick) of all work, costs and mileage since 1990.
