DETAILS

Built late 1966, this Healey 3000 MkIII is a desirable, late chassis number car featuring all final production revisions and refinements made by the factory. This car is available restored by Rawles Motorsport Ltd in your choice of colour and to your specification either original or upgraded.

The car is currently very complete and represents an ideal opportunity to restore a very original and correct car with all factory stamped numbers to engine, chassis and panels all of which are original.  As a BJ8 Phase Two model this represents the most desirable 3000, with a 3-litre straight six developing 150HP at 5,200rpm, a top speed of 125mph and achieving 0-60 in 9.8 seconds. These variants also gave great refinement over earlier cars with wind-up windows, easy-up ‘pram-style’ hood and superior ride and handling quality owing to revised spring and damping rates.

Please call 01420 23212 or email enquiries@rawlesmotorsport.comto arrange a viewing and discuss your specification or to receive our ‘Austin Healey Restoration and Design Manual’ detailing all available paint and trim specifications and upgrades.
