1955 Austin Healey 100 BN1 UK RHD

DETAILS

Built on 28th June 1955 LVY 12 is a late BN1 Austin Healey 100, finished in its original colours of Old English White with Black trim, Black seats with White piping, Aluminium Silver wire wheels (now wrapped in grippy Avon tyres) and Black wet weather gear. LVY 12 was built-in right-hand drive configuration as an original home market RHD Healey delivered new to Benhal Garage of Bradford. The registration LVY 12 is original to the car.

Now fully restored with low miles since, LVY 12 has great paperwork going back to the early 70s plus the original green log book.

Externally the car presents superbly with very little wear and tear, as you would expect from a nicely finished and recently restored car. Paintwork is of good quality and much of the chrome very well finished, with the exception of the spinners on the wheels which show some signs of wear (easy and cheap to replace). The car is fitted with a 100M style aluminium louvred bonnet and leather strap.Inside the interior is in exceptional as-new condition. The seats leather faced as the originals would be. All the instruments are correct smiths originals and are functioning as 1950s Healey gauges do. The hood is a very smart Black Everflex type which appears unmarked.

Sold with MOT, British Motor Heritage Trust Certificate, 2x large history files.
