SOLD | Austin Healey 100/6 | UK RHD, Stunning & Tastefully Modified
DETAILS
Rare, home market 100/6 (one of 126) finished in its original and stunning colours of Black with a Red interior. A well-appointed Healey throughout with lots of period features borrowed from both the Healey works team cars and period racers. These include hand painted roundels in the smaller vintage style of the period, a works style bonnet release in the grille plus tow points to the bodywork.
Beautifully finished with a fresh full leather interior this year, a full repaint just four years ago and an exceptionally strong high specification engine by ourselves this truly is one of the best early six cylinder cars on the market.
Powered by one of our highest specification 3 litre fast road engines and a late model centre change gearbox upgrade, this Healey is both rapid and an effortless and refined torquey cruiser with our low noise side exhaust and late car overdrive ratio. The suspension and brake systems have been similarly modified with geometry refinements and larger disc brakes over the original drums.
Documentation is especially comprehensive with both an original log book and a British Motor Heritage Certificate of authenticity plus a huge paperwork history file details both the upgrades and restoration.
