This fine example of an Austin Healey 100 is an original UK home-market car, built on 19th May 1954 and first registered as OYY 67. At present day this Healey Is stunning, de-bumpered and with the full Le Mans treatment, finished in Dark Green Metallic with a full Black leather interior featuring 100S bucket seats with Green contrast piping and dark Green carpet. An degree of menace has been added through Black wire wheels and a satin Black grille.
Restoration of this beefy 100 commenced in 2014 and didn’t finish until early 2019, with the car visiting big name specialists for the majority of the body, mechanicals and upholstery. The specification of this car is very exciting with all aluminium wings, an aluminium louvred bonnet plus Le Mans regulation strap, a Le Mans specification engine rebuild to the original block plus a later and very desirable BN2 gearbox.
The car remains in beautiful condition today just a couple of years on with only a couple of thousand miles having been covered since the works were completed. The interior of the car is unmarked, smells great and the 100S buckets seat the driver much lower for a sportier driving position.
